POND CONVERSION

Ardmore at Kings Grant

This project entailed draining a wet pond, bringing the bottom of the pond to the correct elevation, and then building a sandfilter in the original pond footprint.

OFFSITE SEDIMENT ASSESSMENT

York County, SC

Alluvium provided consulting services to the onsite developer to help guide the client through dealing with regulatory authorities over a offsite release of sediment.

SEIDMENT CLEANUP

York County, SC

A sediment cleanup performed for an offsite contractor. Local regulators were involved and accepted the efforts.

This project entailed draining a wet pond, bringing the bottom of the pond to the correct elevation, grading the littoral shelf, and building the forebay berm and spillway.

We drained a sediment basin, created the sand filter box, put the filter material in and then stabilized.

This project is a little different than most - 2 sand filters that drain into one box and then into a wet pond.

WET POND CONVERSION

Canyon Hills

This project entailed draining a wet pond, bringing the bottom of the pond to the correct elevation, grading the littoral shelf, and building the forebay berm and spillway.

SEDIMENT CLEANUP

Hickory, NC

Alluvium was hired to complete a sediment cleanup adjacent to a stream in Hickory, NC.  Over 300 cubic yards were removed and the area was brought back to it's pre-disturbance condition and then stabilized.

STREAM RESOTRATION

Charlotte, NC 

This stream restoration project was for a private homeowner in the Charlotte, NC region.  This project included the installation of boulder toes, rock cross vanes, toe wood, and log sills to create a natural and beautiful channel out of an eroded creek bed.
